There is a BN1 bus downstairs of the hotel. You can get there by navigating over the overpass. The environment is OK. It's not very new but clean. The breakfast is delicious. There are many small restaurants and bars downstairs of the hotel. It's very lively. It feels very safe. There is no place where you feel uneasy. I give it as a reference. I feel very good about my overall stay.

Forced consumption. We booked a single room when we made the reservation, but we were not aware of it at the time. Two people took their luggage and passports to the front desk to check in, but the front desk only took the passport of the person who made the reservation, and did not take the other person's. Then they lowered their heads throughout the process and gave us the room card. We were quite surprised at the time, but we took the room card and went into the room. After 20 minutes, the front desk called to ask if the other person wanted to stay here. If they wanted to stay here, they had to open an extra room, and refused to cancel the room for us on the grounds that the room had already been used. When we negotiated at the front desk, the front desk had an extremely bad attitude and blamed the customer for the fault. He said that he thought the other person was just a visitor (but it was obvious that two people took their luggage to the front desk to check in) and asked us to open an extra double room and paid 70 euros. And threatened us rudely and unreasonably. In the end, the two of us paid for two rooms. And the quilt of the newly opened double room was very dirty, and there were shoe prints! The hygiene was worrying. It was a very bad check-in experience,

The hotel is located in the European part, Fatih district, within walking distance of Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet. Tram station and metro are within walking distance (15 min). 2 km (25 min) from the Eminönü ferry station, from where the state lines go. and private ferries to different destinations. A little noisy in the evenings. Before 12 am, it was possible to fall asleep only with the windows closed. But this is not a hotel problem, but a feature of all tourist areas (Fatih, Sultanahmet, Beyoglu, Karakoy, Taksim, etc.) in the center of Istanbul. The hotel itself is small, but quite sufficient for a comfortable stay, there is an elevator. We rented a room for 3 people (2-bed and 1-bed), the room had everything you needed - wardrobe, bedside tables, TV, table, chair, mirror, air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, kettle, cups, glasses + bags of tea and instant coffee. Every day they brought water (0.5 l/person). The condition of the room is good, the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, without foreign odors. What pleased me was that they didn’t skimp on the pillows. The pillows were 2 pillows per person))) The Internet was sufficient. Once there was a failure with the Internet, but everything quickly resumed. The price included buffet breakfast. Not super varied from day to day, but balanced and more than sufficient considering the humane cost of living (boiled eggs, omelettes, sausages, salad, cheeses/sausages/olives, vegetables, fruits, cereals, chocolate balls, simits, pie/pancakes, jam /honey, 3 types of juice, milk, tea, coffee) and sufficient. The cleanliness of the hotel is without any complaints. To increase the motivation for good room cleaning, we used the “tip envelope” function)) I was especially pleased with the staff at the reception - they speak good English, are very responsive and accommodating. They told us everything, showed us on the map and helped with the transfer.

There are many restaurants around the hotel. Close to Kumkapi electric train station. Also a bus flashlight. Good cleanliness and well maintained.
