This is a 6-storey guest house, where there are apartments on each floor. Conveniently located geographically, 10 min. walk to the Hagia Sophia and 5 minutes to the piers on the Bosphorus. The owner himself meets and settles guests, in addition to the hotel has a small souvenir shop. There is no elevator, but things help to raise / lower, which is very convenient. The room was for 4 persons, although there were 3 of us. The room is clean and has a medium sized fridge and microwave. There are a couple of comments: one outlet fell out of the wall a little and a rain shower (no watering can in hand). Naturally, there is no breakfast, but there are plenty of establishments around, so we had breakfast and lunch right next to the hotel. Impressions are good and the price is more affordable than hotels in the area.

Alsan Home Apart is an enjoyable hotel that combines tourism and conferences well. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Also, the location was very good, especially near the train and tramway . The staff was extremely friendly.

This is an acceptable accomodation at a very ideal location. Sultanahmet, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Eminonu are all within 1 Km radius. Spice Bazaar is just a few hundred meters. The washroom was neat and clean; seemed to have been recently rennovated. The comforters and their covers were provided separate and hence required a bit of self service. It is probably a building of 4 floors, whereas my stay was on 3rd floor and WiFi service in room was not very good. For a short 1-2 night stay it is not bad; the property is probably a 2-star budget hotel. Nonetheless, the staff was very kind and helpful.

Recomandam din suflet Aslan, pozitionare excelenta fata de toate punctele de interes importante. 8-10 min de mers pe jos de Marele bazar, 3 min de podul Galata, 10 min de Topkapi si Agia Sofia. Restaurante bune pe strada cu hotelul. Gazda ne-a fost de un real ajutor ajutandu-ne in diferitele situatii avute, atat cu gasirea unui loc de parcare cat si cu rezolvarea unor probleme de ordin medical. Camerele sunt mari, curate si dotate cu tot ce ai nevoie. Sigur vom reveni!!! We wholeheartedly recommend Aslan, excellent positioning in relation to all important points of interest. 8-10 minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar, 3 minutes from Galata Bridge, 10 minutes from Topkapi and Agia Sofia. Good restaurants on the street with the hotel. The host was a real help, helping us in the different situations we had, both with finding a parking space and with solving some medical problems. The rooms are large, clean and equipped with everything you need. We will definitely be back !!!

Great hotel, the price is divine for such a location (100 m to Marmaray, 200 m to two stops of the T1 tram, 500 m to the pier, 20 min walk to Topkapi and Sultanahmet, St. Sophia and other attractions !!!), cleaned and changed towels day / every other day, bed linen was changed three times in 10 days, at the meeting the maid always asked if we needed additional cleaning - well done! The owner is very intelligent and hospitable, he tried to help in everything, it was very pleasant to communicate with him. We rented a triple room on the 5th floor: the stairs are steep, but this did not bother us, on the contrary, it is an excellent asset after the rich Turkish cuisine))) by the way, right opposite is an excellent Turkish eatery, neighbors: a coffee shop with cheesecakes and handmade trafles and a hookah bar - everywhere they sincerely and cordially accept, it's very nice to pass the evening after tourist everyday life)))
