Los empleados son muy atentos y educados, una mención para Ece o Ean. El desayuno bufet no está mal, tiene cierta variedad y buena presentación. La habitaciones están bien pero en la ultima planta hay ruido por la noche con las maquinas exteriores de aire acondicionado. Quizás las plantas 4, 5 o 6 sean mejores opción que la séptima, en ese sentido. Cene un dia y la comida estaba buena y los precios no son excesivamente caros. Tiene buenos servicios: estación de autobuses justo en frente, tranvía, metro, taxis siempre cerca. Hay varios restaurantes cerca que permite salir a cenar sin problemas. Es una zona segura, anduve por la calle de noche sin ningún tipo de miedo o temor. Está claro que no es Eminönü pero para unos dias sirve.
