Добрый день! У меня был улучшеный номер. Номер дали на последнем этаже 4-й. Сам номер небольшой, но очень уютный. Кондиционер индивидуальный хочешь включай тепло, хочешь прохладу. На этаже было всего три номера. В номере большая удобная кровать, телевизор небольшой, окно, маленький шкаф, сейф, есть платный минибар. Бесплатной питьевой бутилированной воды нет. Кулера на этаже нет. В мини баре есть вода в стеклянных бутылках, но открывалки нет, чем ее открыть ? Есть тапочки, гель, шампунь, шапочка и тд. В номере чисто. Белье чистое. Завтрак вполне приличный, мало горячего. Было картофель, сосиски и омлет. Разные сыры, колбаса, помидоры черри, огурцы, баклажаны и разные овощные закуски. Чай, кофе; вода из кулера, фрукты, лукум, сухофрукты, и другое, в целом каждый найдет что покушать. От остановки трамвая идти не более 5 минут. От остановки небольшой спуск. К остановке подъем. Уклон более менее и занимает не более 1 минуты. Персонал на ресепшен очень приветливый, ребята молодцы. Обязательно еще сюда приеду. Жил только одну ночь.

위치는 합리화하자면 그닥 나쁘지않음. 근데 나머지것들이 이런 장점마저도 다 잡아먹음, 첫날에 단발에 파마한 남자 리셉션 직원 싸가지없음 쿨한척하는거 개밥맛. .. 위치말고는 장점이라고 할게 진짜 하나도없음, 이불이랑 베개 솜 다 죽고 완전 허벌창 나있어서 찝찝해서 추운데도 발부분만 덮고 잤음.. 히터 왜 안틀었냐고?? 히터 트니까 무슨 썩은 쿠키같음 먼지가 화다락하고 쏟아짐, 3박 예약했는데 1박만 묵고 돈버리고 나옴.
방을 바꿔준다고 했으나 다른방도 상태가 비슷해보여서 그냥 2박 돈 주고 새로운 호텔에 묵었음. 방 문은 밑에가 뚫려져 있어서 뭔가 했음; 청소 상태 진짜 별로임; 왜 별점이 높은지 이해안감…

It was challenging to get to the hotel as taxi drivers will alight u far away from the hotel claiming the roads are narrow. The size of the room and toilet is very compact and only ideal for a night stay.

Really nice hotel in a perfect location. The staff is just fantastic, seldomly experienced such friendly and helpful receptionists like this hotel staff. The price was very reasonable, the cleanliness and comfort of the room just perfect. Hope to be back soon.

房間非常小（8平方米），設施也非常老舊，放了香水但味道特別奇怪讓我睡不着，價格也非常貴，不如其他家實惠，強烈不建議預訂

I had good time here actually thanks for the kind and sweet and cheerful supervisor Veysel. He helped us with everything. Hotel location is great. It was near the grand bazar which we could buy from the different stores……………….……………………..,,
