Not a bad hotel, but no cleaning, very noisy, children playing in the corridors and crying at night. Everything else is ok for 2 stars

When we arrived at the hotel after a very long flight, we were made to wait for nearly 45 minutes as the room was not cleaned. We arrived past the check in time, so we didn’t expect to be kept waiting. The room was overall fine but it was in the basement facing the street. It was difficult to sleep at night because of the noise from outside. The staff at the front desk were helpful as needed.

Worn to bald spots, burnt laminate, fallen baseboard, dirty spots on the walls, smeared insects on the ceiling and sticky dirty floor. Breakfast is very poor. There weren't many guests in the hotel, but the eggs ran out 30 minutes after breakfast started. When asked if there was more, they answered that there was no more. The air conditioner only worked for cooling. There is a small refrigerator in the room, but apparently just for show. It was not possible to turn it on due to the fact that the socket was turned inside out. During the five days we stayed at the hotel, the room was never cleaned. When I asked to clean it, they replied that they would definitely send a cleaner. But nothing happened.

A great place to stay, its about 15 minutes walk to sultanahmet area. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops around this hotel too.
The only issue we had was the toilets not flushing but it got solved as soon as we told the staff.
Its a decent hotel for a short stay. We stayed in the family room and there was plenty of space for us all.

This is your basic hotel but the location was amazing as grand bazaar and blue mosque area are walkable distance from hotel. Shops near by and room cleaned when requested. Met our needs Thank you

The English-speaking receptionist was someone who had the lowest standards of customer service and his responses were inappropriate with customers. He was somewhat offensive and unwelcoming.
