Accueil à notre arrivée impeccable. Très bon emplacement car proche du centre et des commerces. A 5 minutes seulement du Tram permettant de se déplacer aisément. Chambre suite junior : balcons trop étroits, salle de douche ne permettant pas d'y mettre toutes ses affaires personnelles (trousse de toilettes...). Tout le reste était parfait: literie, propreté, minibar, échantillons, eau, café, thé, peignoirs... Petit-déjeuner au top: complet, varié, service rapide, disponibilité des tables, cadre agréable. Piscine/jacuzzi non chauffés donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Dommage ! Petite remarque : il n'est pas normal que dans des ascenseurs si petits, des membres du personnel regardent des vidéos distrayantes (Tiktok) en présence de clients : cela ne donne pas une image professionnelle.

I visit different hotel from multi country but this hotel have hospitality and serves perfect for every thing suit and economy room Food location stuff specially miss ***DA SHE IS Profesional and give me different choose and solution for my trip and she is have good stuff for spa and relaxing the best hotel.

Были в этом отеле с 10 по 15 октября 2021 года . С виду отель не плохой , завтраки нормальные , но Уборкой здесь не пахнет . Для нас это очень важная часть сервиса , в прочем думаю как и для всех. Просили 2 раза Менеджера обратить на это внимание , так как приходишь вечером а грязь которая была при заселение так и осталась . И так каждый день . Менеджер обещала все исправить , но все повторяется . Нам завтра улететь и впечатление от отеля уже не исправить . Хотя они наверное и не собираются)) Только обещают )) кстати, Фото волос сделано через 4 дня после заселения , хотя принадлежат они прошлым а может позапрошлым гостям. Ps. Не рекомендую этот отель тем кто не хочет жить в грязи
