Theres alot of restaurants next to the hotel , its not too far from tourists places like the old city , but it takes along time with the taxi to reach because of the Traffic.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, room service needs improvent with how the food is delivered. The food should be covered in order to keep it hot. Otherwise the food was prepared well. The walls are very thin i could hear guest's conversations in the next room which kept me awake until after 2 a.m. Otherwise nice property and conveniently located to where i needed to be.

The position of the hotel is excellent, tramline 1 runs very close and goes into the city center. Rooms are nice. The reason I gave a 3 is because of the restaurant. The quality of the food was bad. The waiters more often than not, do not speak English (sometimes they do not even try to understand you), side dishes are often cold. One night when we were waiting for our desert the waiter completely forgot that we had had soup and main course he wanted to serve us the soup instead of the desert… (We were unable to explain him that we had already had soup and main course)

Only by controlling what I look for in internet deserves a zero points , not even Booking can be checked . Small rooms for a 5* hotel. Small details like having water to drink in the sauna instead of paying for it, says a lot about the hotel. On the first room offered on the first floor facing a wall , after saying that there were not more rooms , there was a nice big mantis on the curtains and suddenly there was an empty room on an top floor. Small detail!! Breakfast is ok, nothing remarcable . The staff were nice and educated but they don’t deliver what they say they would after apologizing , not many English speaking but I was neither a Turkish speaker so can’t complain about it. It’s a cheap hotel that doesn’t deserve a 5* category but 4* and doubting about it.

My name is/ Talaat Boshra I staid in Room 1009 for 6 day after surgery but my pain killer finish as my doctor gave me only 4 pils and I felt very pain and that pain didn’t let me sleep for two day. On Monday January/31st I came down to the front desk and I meet with two of the wonderful helpful gentlemen. Mr, Mert, & Mr, Gokahn. I explained how is my pain and the both of them went above and beyond to help me as the brought at one hot tea and some snacks as I told them that I didn’t eat anything since this morning. I told them that I need pain killer it will help me I was surprised with their action as they get a taxi driver and asked him to go to nearest pharmacy to the pain killer I did ask for. 👍💯 I wanted t to o say thank you so much for your great help. You have a great employees with great hospitality experience. They’re Really great assets to the hotel Mr, Mert & Mr, Gokhan, thank you again for your wonderful job you have done.

Gokhan it's very nice people and nice places I like it and everything is clean and close for everything. The front office team is very good staff. Room service is very fast and nice. Thanks for a lot. We will meet again

The worst 5* hotel i ever stayed. In the bathroom (for both rooms) is not functioning the exhaust fan and low intensity of light. The shower head was leaking from every connection. The entrance at the pool they told me is for free but when we was ready to go at the poop they said that is mandatory to wear a head protection and to pay 150 TL for each. When i asked if is mandatory to use that one for the hair from head... what solution you have for body hair, they didn't know what to answer. On arrival, they retain the car key and in the evening the car was parked in front of the hotel but in the morning was parked at -1. I will not come back again on this hotel and i will not recomend to anyone to come here. You pay for 5* but the conditions and services are for max. 3*

Good points: The staff are very friendly. The restaurant is located on the top floor providing great views all the way round although the windows need cleaning. The leisure facility is quite good. Bad or not so good points: At breakfast, if you want an omlette, the staff have to be asked. There are no signs however to indicate this. Usually, five-star hotels have a person in the restaurant cooking these to order. I have stayed at the nearby hotel, Uranus and there is absolutely no comparison, the breakfast there is far superior. Although the leisure facility is quite good, the soap dispensers within the showers are empty and look like they have never had any contents. The pool water is below temperature. I would rate this hotel 3.5-4 star but certainly not 5.

It was great experince , fantastic team working in the hotel smiling all the time, providing amazing service to all customers, food are great, perfect panormic view of the city from the resturant. From the top view you can see all city. Special thanks to guest relation manager Ms Burcu

I liked to stay in this hotel. Staff very friendly, especially guest relation manager Burcu. Rooms are clean, location is fine. I will definetely come and stay again. Spa center is also fine with indoor swimmingpool.

Was my 1st stay in Istanbul having breakfast on the top floor good idea if the have windows clean so we can see the views Front desk staff smoking behind the door not bothering to come out to talk to me You can’t see the smoking you can smell it did give me very good impression sticking his head out and mumbling very sad 😞
