Terrible! Terrible! Completely deceptive don't trust their beach pictures or rooms. This is not what it is in reality. Terrible breakfast, No towels in rooms , hairs everywhere. I'm from US atleast we have some standard. I book through *********** for 6 nights checkout in 4hrs after arriving. Politely I ask refund atleast for 3 or 4 nights but they refuse. I don't understand how they can stay in business like this.

Thank you very much, very friendly team. Despite the fact that there were 3 staircases at the entrance, and my husband was in a wheelchair, they were especially lifted and lowered each time, many thanks to Rahim, he was always ready to help and promised that in the future he would make all the amenities for the stroller.

It is a hotel that should be in much better conditions with its seafront location on the Kumburgaz coast. The hotel is a bit old and doesn't look like much inves**ent has been made recently. There is every comfort in the rooms. The internet works fine even at the beach. The pool is in front and is very large. The pool cafe is also in service. During our stay, there was construction work for an additional building on the ground floor. Of course, there is both noise and dust. Breakfast is served as an open buffet. I liked the spring rolls and fries the most. The buffet was very sufficient. When meals such as fried foods are cooked in the kitchen, the smell of food remains heavily in the corridors. In such cases, ventilation should be provided by opening windows in the corridors. There is also a parking lot at the front. The staff is both very caring and polite. They acted very quickly in solving some of the deficiencies and problems in our room. This hotel deserves a much higher quality with its location and staff.

This hotel is a real mess! Nothing’s good! The most disgusting breakfast ever! They serve you the same breakfast everyday and you got it in the plate! You can’t choose and it’s really poor, for a man it’s very little. Rooms are old and dirty, waited 2 days to clean the room. Not enough stuff! They don’t give you to bring water or beer to the beach and the sun beds are free, but you must pay their beer which is 3times more expensive then the local shop. The pool is nice but after few days it become yellow and still not clean. However I don’t recommend for anyone, maybe it’s cheap but you can find very very beter!

terrible place management, court-faced manager, cocky, terrible, I have never seen such a disgusting place in my life, we couldn't sleep because of the smell, towels, slippers, shampoo, nothing, no tulle curtain, no sunshade, everything in the breakfast is missing, money is poison
