Vvr Hotel

The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very interested. We were very satisfied. I recommend it to everyone. I thank the staff.

They owe money since June. They said they would pay and they never did. They put a room on the Otelz website without the information that it had no window, and when we arrived at the hotel at dawn, they offered a room without a window. The solution was to present a room with a window for more than twice the price paid when the error was on the part of the hotel or the Otelz online platform. The employee was aggressive, raising his voice several times at my girlfriend and showing several body expressions of potential violence against us. They didn't refund the money on the day and said to speak with the manager Omar the next day. Once again, an employee without any qualification to serve the public, without a minimum of politeness and friendliness, or even appearance. He said that he was going to pay us by bank transfer, when he had thousands of euros in banknotes in his hand, and until today, even after several WhatsApp conversations and having asked us for more data on different accounts and cards, clearly in an attempt to take more money, they didn't give us the money back or respond to messages. They spoiled our stay and image of Türkiye.

We stayed at this hotel for a 3-day trip. They provided us with the comfort of home with my children. The staff are very caring and friendly. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is sufficient. The location is great. We took the bus in front of it. What more does a tourist want :)

1 gecelik konaklama icin dışarıdan güzel gözüktügü icin tercih ettim bin pişman oldum.girişte dedim cok yorgunum bana sakin bir oda verirmisiniz dedim tamam dediler ve arka tarafta büyük bir odaya girdim.ama fark e**edim ses oldugunu yattıgımda zannettim klima calışıyor oysa dişarıdan yan büyük hotelin klimaları çalışıyordu baktım.bir saga bir sola dönüyorum hiç uyuyamıyorum gece geç girmiştim hotele gece yarısı aradım resepsiyonu.bize bir odayı lütfen degiştirimiziniz diye yok abi bütün hotel dolu dedi ayrı ayrı ver dedim çünkü eşimle beraberdik. yok abi dedi sabaha kadar gözüme uyku girmedi.ayrıca hotelin önine arabamı park ettim sabah erken cıkarım dedim 8 veya 8,30 cıkarım dedim sorun olurmu diye sordum hayır dediler.sahah 8,30 da cıktıgımda isaparkcı 20 lira ödeyeceksiniz dedi. bizi yani hotelden bilgilendirmediler.o calışanlara söyleyin kendilerini aldatıyorlarç bir daha uzak kalınız hotelden.

J’écris aujourd’hui en espérant que mon avis aidera beaucoup de personnes à eviter de se faire arnaquer… il ne s’agit pas d’un vrai hôtel Je regrette vraiment d’avoir payé un montant pareil pour un hôtel qui ne mérite pas , la notation ne reflète pas la réalité 1- manager désagréable et irrespectueux ( il n’accepte pas les remarques et n’essaye pas de trouver une solution): exemple: nous arrivons à l’hôtel à 21h , il nous propose une chambre qui n’est pas propre et qui ne correspond pas à ce que nous avons payé… la seule solution qu’il propose c’est de chercher ailleurs 🤬à une heure pareil!!!??? 2- service mediocre 3- propreté ( 0) , le ménage n’est pas fait : on nous a donné une chambre avec des serviettes utilisées ( cheveux et ca sent pas bon)+ les draps utilisés ( le choc)+ odeur de cigarette —＞ voir photos Au cours du séjour, la femme qui fait le ménage ne fait rien à part mettre d’autres serviettes et poser du papier hygiénique ( salle de bain non nettoyée) 4- petit déjeuner catastrophique 5- bruits ( on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur)+ des machines qui faisait du bruit à côté de la fenêtre 6- état de la chambre : catastrophique 7- emplacement: je dirai proche de tout ( quartier assez animé, bus et métro..) Je vous laisse voir les photos et juger

Her zaman kaldığım otelde otelde yer bulamadığım İçin tesadüfen konakladığım Vvr hotel. Bundan sonra ve her zaman ilk tercihim. Dost canlısı ekip ve tertemiz odalar. Cafe bar bölümü ayrıca muhteşem. Kar yağışına denk gelmemiz ayrı bir romantik oldu. Odaya gönderilen sıcak şarap ikramı da cabası. Sizi seviyoruz :)
