Hotel and staff: The interior of rooms look quite old, and the AC doesn't get very cold. The shower and fridge in the first room were broken, got moved to another room where that shower and fridge were also broken. The manager told me that I had to call before arriving at the hotel in a rude manner, when it wasn't stated on the app and nor did they contact me before hand to inform me. We also left some photos and I contacted them on Instagram last week and they read the message and did not bother to respond. The pool also requires a fee which was a bit inconvenient but not a big problem. The spa was amazing and a new experience. Breakfast also had a bit of variety, especially when it came to cheese. Location: Honestly, we thought we would regret the location, but when you use maps and use the bus and metro services it is easy to get to touristy places and the prices in the area are really reasonable compared to the tourist areas. If it wasn't for the managers attitude when I checked in and the lack of reply of the photo. I would have recommended this hotel to others

I stay with my daughter and she forgot her tablet and my charger, they stole it from my room and anyone do nothing about. They just said they didn’t find anything in room, but even the charger was connected to the wall. Unbelievable!! This is the worse hotel I’ve stayed in my life !. Y service and staff not trust worthy, disgusting everything inside, from the room to the workers

Think of a hotel where even the guests have to pay to enter the outdoor pool… I decided to take a 2-day vacation but thanks to them I couldn’t leave the room…

A very cost-effective hotel in the Asian district of Istanbul. The facilities are a bit old. The rooms are spacious and have a parking lot. The breakfast is good. It's an hour's drive from the new airport.

The room walls are very thin, I heard loud conversations and moving things from the next room all night long. Moreover, I woke up in the early morning hours with the wonderfully loud music of the next room. I reported the situation to the hotel unit, and thankfully, they took care of the relevant customer. It was a bad night for me.

The cleanliness is very average. There is no Wi-Fi signal in the room and the 4g signal is also very poor. Several front desk staff almost don't know English at all. They are not as good as Chinese primary school students and they can't even speak English numbers. Breakfast is pretty good. There are many kinds of cheese and the taste is not too strong. I can accept about half of the cheeses.

The hotel was truly wonderful. The open buffet breakfast was really successful.
