Отель в старой части Стамбула. Очень маленький и уютный. Пешее расположение до многих достопримечательностей , трамвайных остановок,метро и парома.
Очень хорошие завтраки. За это вообще отдельное сердечко.

It was an absolute joy to stay in this hotel. Hotel staf was very friendly and always ready to assist, answer questions or just to have a little talk.
Breakfast was the best I had in a hotel. There was a large variety of foods and drinks. I have a gluten allergy, they even had special bread!!
The bed was comfortable, the standard room was spacious and the bathroom had amenities and a nice shower (the water pressure was good!)
We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and we’ll definitely return.

El hotel no se corresponde con las cuatro estrellas como mucho 2 estrellas aunque está cerca del Santa Sofía esta ubicado en una zona oscura con casas y edificios derrumbado. Por poner algo positivo el desayuno es bueno pero el trato del personal masculino hacia las mujeres es pésimo y denigrante hacia las mismas sobre todo del señor Matmut que no debería estar de cara al público. Este señor me encrespó tocándome solo porque se me había caído un poco de café. Aconsejo no hosped**** en este hotel hay muchos en Estambul para tener que aguantar este trato. Un saludo

The room was dirty, it was pretty cold in the room, we weren t able to turn on the AC. The room was on the street side so it was noisy. We asked for another room and we got one but the other one was also not so clean and it was cold. The staff was accommodating and polite.

Personnels pas accueillant pas souriant pas rassurant quand on ne parle pas la langue et qu’ont est pas top en anglais on avait toujours l’impression de les déranger . On nous a donner une chambre à la cave sous prétexte que nous avions réservé en économique . Nous avons donné un supplément et nous avons eu une chambre dans l’annexe de l’hôtel . Le seul point positif est l’emplacement qui est proche des lieux à visiter. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel .

Посетили данный отель в феврале 2024-го. Первое впечатление неоднозначное. При очень интересном расположении в историческом центре, сильно расстроило техническое состояние отеля, инфраструктуры и окружающая территория. Всё скрасило посещение завтрака на террасе с видом на Мраморное море и отличный обслуживающий персонал. Спасибо сотрудникам отеля за искреннее гостеприимство.

Das Hotel ist klein, fein und zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Das Zimmer war von der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterasse (überbaut, vermutlich nur im Winter?) als Buffet angeboten. Das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend. Punktabzug für die dünnen Wände - man lernt seine Nachbarn schnell kennen - und das Hamam darf man nicht im Haupthaus erwarten, auch keine offene Terasse im Winter.

Lovely hotel, great room, very clean and tidy. Everyone one at the hotel were helpful, polite and nothing was to much trouble, they always had a welcoming smile. Breakfast was a delight everyday and the setting was beautiful. The location of the hotel is perfect and most attractions are with in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
