This is my second stay. For traveling to work in Istaiblu This hotel is convenient, clean, comfortable, good service. If I have a chance next time, I will come back to stay here again.

Convenient hotel near the airport! 10 minutes by taxi. There is a large shopping center nearby. If you have a long layover in Istanbul and don’t want to go to the center, then this is a great option.

The hotel upgraded me to a suite for free because the room I ordered was not cleaned in time. The service is very good, and the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are very convenient. Overall, it's quite clean and hygienic.

We had a flight to Sabiha Gokcen Airport the next morning. We stayed there that night. The intersection was not easy to find. The guard at the door asked us once when we passed by, but unfortunately we didn’t understand. Only when we came back did we know where to go. Just go in at the intersection and go to the very end. It's very close to the outlets, less than 5 minutes' walk, which is very convenient. I was short of time and didn't learn about the spa facilities.

Facilities: It's okay. It's quite new. But the staff in red felt that the fake smile was too perfunctory if I didn't give him a tip. It didn't meet the five-star standard.
