Rien à redire sur l’emplacement, vous avez tout à proximité, supermarché, café, tramway, gare, férie, le service est excellent mais attention aux prix pour les activités proposer, vous trouverez moins chère sur internet. J’étais dans la chambre 2009, miroir sale, des taches sur le lit ainsi que les commodes.

Worst hotel, worst staff and worst management I booked and paid online, and when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist treated me at the time of entry with racism and made me pay the reservation value again, although he confirmed with the reservations depar**ent that the reservation amount had been received from the site, but he was a bad person. When I received the room, it turned out that the room was different from the pictures on the site, and we were put in a bad room without A view, and when I asked to meet the manager to solve the problem of payment and the room, he refused to meet me. I advise anyone not to choose this bad hotel

No parking for car, I had to park and walk half an hour to hotel. Towels old and not very clean. Breakfast area in the basement and poor choice. Staff don't speak good English. Traffic terrible and noise from tram and cars all day all night. I saw many customers complaining in
lobby. Internet not stable and we couldn't connect.

The properties was awful. Not clean there were smell. In breakfast the plate was dirty the food not fresh. The room was cold and too much sound from outside because the windows was not double. I am not recommending it at all.
