Hotel rather well located near Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus.

The location is very central, it's easy to get to on foot.
Unfortunately, on our last visit to this hotel, we got a room on the ground floor, where the beds were very badly worn. After our vacation at this hotel, we had back pain for 2 weeks.

A bit disappointed was put in a attic room had to walk 4 flights off steps it was like the servants room i complained and was told this is what i booked my mum were on the ground floor with no window .staff at reception not really friendly

Bonjour Excellent hotel,Mr Ufuk est son equipe sont la pour vous acceuillir dignement. Hotel propre,petit-déjeuné equilibré et trés bon. Chambre spacieuse et pas de bruit le soir. Idéalement situé,métro a coté +bus+tram+bateau.. Je recommande

For the first time after 30 years of travelings i saw the non-window underground rooms... I've booked the room paying in advance and assuming that it is a four-star hotel. In fact, we had to forget about the payment and move to a next door Hilton by the same price. Unbelieveble fake standards
