На момент моего проживания сауна не работала… завтраки слабенькие и в последний день когда приехал мой парень его не пустили и я собрала вещи ночью и уехала в другой отель. Больше я не останусь в этом отеле в будущем

經濟划算，早餐種類很多，服務員幫忙拿行李，介紹房間設施，服務很好，而且街邊都是特色美食和當地的特色物品，還有T1公交車。交通很方便。離聖索菲亞教堂很近

非常不推薦住這家酒店，前台態度惡劣，明明是房間清掃人員忘記放水在我房間，聯繫前台要水，結果跟我説衹有入住的那一天提供免費的瓶裝水，後面幾天的水都是收費的，在跟我開玩笑嗎？我住過大大小小這麼多酒店，沒有一家酒店衹提供入住那一天的瓶裝水，以為我是一個人來的就好欺負嗎？欺負中國人不要太明顯，中國人都不來了看你們做誰的生意。

Mauvaise expérience chambre non conformes, ne ressemble pas au photos du site . Chambre mansardée non représentée sur le site…attention à la tête. Vue inexistante, car fenêtre oscillo non battante. Que dire! La literie une catastrophe ultra moelleux, bonjour les mal de dos. Ils serait tant de les renouveler. Drap jamais changer surtout sur un séjour d’une semaine, une tache pas de problème on retourne les draps. Un sommier plus petit que le matelas. Trace de moisissure. Climatisation marche uniquement en mode chaud mais 19 degrés ça rafraîchit quand même. Chambre mal insonorisée, bruit de ventilation, bruit d’ascenseur, bruit du voisinage. Accès piscine et spa , on annonce 15€ l’heure. Tarif excessif et non indiqué sur site. Diffèrent tarif suivant le client. Petit déjeuner compris petit plus , mais pas extraordinaire. Le seul avantage hôtel très bien situé. Bouteille d’eau distribuer tout les jours, mais réfrigérateur pris en glace. Fonctionne mal. Donc avis aux prochains clients privilégié un autres hôtel.

Our staying at Palde was fantastic! The hotel matched the expectations, room is good for the price, cleaning is proper and was possible to have a good rest. Then to highlight the reception and restaurant team, exceptional people, evenings at the bar were always fun, cozy and full of joy!!! :)

Best accomodations, near the Hagia Sofia and blue mosque . The hotel has good service with breakfast included swimming pool , Turkish bath and massage but it's not included , yet very good service also. The cozy restaurant in the hotel serves good meals,drinks and sisha ! The crew of of reception and the cozy hotel are really amazing, helpfull and very nice. The best crew I ever seen. Highly recommend.
