I book from you 4 adult and 2 children but the charge me for children they said your book is only 4 adult and they said you are bad agent always do like that with them so this is last time I book from you as you are paying with booking

Passei uma noite no hotel, encontrei um hotel muito limpo, roupa de cama e toalhas impecáveis, quarto amplo, atendimento muito bom, café da manhã excelente adorei o estilo turco, com opção de salada, sour cream (maravilhoso), vários estilos de azeitonas e queijos. Nota 10.

Despite the fact that this hotel is located far away from the city center as well as from main touristic attractions, it should be said that the hotel is wonderful. Truly spacious rooms, late night room service, good breakfast, alternative foodcourt in the mall (which is located in the same building). I would like to thank Ms. Ilayda on reception, who brilliantly solved the question on voucher for free accommodation from Turkish Airlines (as a part of StopOver campaign). It was late Saturday evening when I arrived. However, Ms. Ilayda did all her best to handle the issue. Many thanks for her superb service! Also, I would like to thank Mr. Ali, who is the best bell boy of the hotel. I suppose this hotel must be a good choice for families, since the Vialand theme park is just around the corner.

The hotel room was really spacious and nice, but the services are not as good as should be and the staff is not very friendly Breakfast is the worst, very repetitive throughout our 2 weeks stay (for my husband business) the food is not good at all, also our friends checked out moments before us they charged them for things from the mini bar that they haven’t touched at all! We asked them to call us a taxi and they refused , saying it’s the weekend and wont be able to find us any! (We easily got one by ourselves after)! Overall experience was not good and we will not be returning to the VIALAND PALACE HOTEL again

first think was the parking, is great in Istanbul to go to a hotel and they have they own reserve parking and free. the stuff were great from the time we arrived and the time we left. the hotel itself was very beautiful, the room was big and large enough for four people and design very beautiful . you have the mall next to it for anything you need from food to shopping. a bus to take you to metro if you needed. overall very nice place to stay.

The rooms and bathrooms are huge and spacious. Very clean bight. Satisfy with amenities provided. Quiet area, near shopping mall and food court. Great breakfast. Lots of choices. People were polite and requests were attended to immediately.

Don't be fooled by the beautiful appearance of the hotel. In January, they gave me a room with ice-cold water and a cold air conditioner. After having to take an ice cold shower, the technical service came and supposedly installed the air conditioner and said that the rooms would get hotter and left. I couldn't sleep because of shaking. I asked them to change my room and the room they changed had the same problem. Coincidentally, they didn't have any other rooms. While experiencing these difficulties, I also informed the staff that I was pregnant. I will probably get sick after this trip and this hotel is solely responsible. Since I came for business, I had to go to my friend's room and stay there. My advice is that you do not choose this hotel. Because a business's appearance satisfies you to some extent.
