There was a party with very loud music
(Bar or disco)
it is poorly insulated, you can hear everything from outside and between the rooms.
Really unfortunate this noise that's why I note 3 on the location, not from a geographical point of view but in relation to the music until 2am ....

Location excellent.
Hotel manager..useless.
Politely asked day1 and in between for fixes. .. Nothing fixed till day 5(departure day)
Definitely different service / attention to different races.. Sad but reality even though money is the same...?
Hotel workers are all polite and do they best they can with what they have.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. The location is superb, and the breakfast was good. We have our room upgraded into a bigger room, which has a view of the Bosphorus Strait. Their rooftop lounge is also great and has affordable price compared to other rooftop nearby.

It was a really pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast team, Erhan, Ihsan and others was very welcoming and the service was excellent... and so was the breakfast. Overall, the stay here is highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Wir waren im April 2024 in diesem Hotel und haben dort ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Personal ist dort wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die tolle Terasse möchte ich auch noch erwähnen. Sie sehen auf die blaue Moschee,Hagia Siohia und direkt auf das Meer. Wir konnten dort wirklich überhaupt nichts bemängeln.Das Hotel ist sauber und liegt ganz zentral,in der Nähe von den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten,die Istanbul zu bieten hat. Das Frühstück war dort sehr lecker und die gigantische Auswahl an Speisen haben uns doch sehr Überrascht. Das Personal fragte jeden Morgen nach,ob es etwas zu beanstanden gäbe,aber es war bei uns immer alles o.k. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Da macht man nichts falsch.

Great, old style hotel in a busy street with plenty of bars and restaurants and extremely close to some of the many historical sights in Istanbul. First thing to say is that all the staff are extremely friend (sometimes too friendly?) and will assist at all times. The room was efficient we’d say, clean & hot water, all the essentials. Granted, you only sleep there but our room (in main block) was just too small for us. You have to be a contortionist to get from one side of the room to the other, as the bed is only 30cm from end wall & TV. And then you have a toy bathroom - ok, I’m not a small person, but I could only just get in the shower! Whilst I would stay here again for it’s location & helpful staff, I’d insist on a bigger room.

El hotel está bastante bien a pesar de que parece ser que tiene zonas diferenciadas, a nosotros nos tocó una zona un poco rara, debía ser la pobre o antigua ya que había que bajar unas escaleras por un pasillo en la estaban haciendo obras para luego tomar un ascensor. La habitación grande y la cama cómoda. Tenía algunos desperfectos que debían solucionar porque daba mala impresión para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Los interruptores de la luz desprendidos, el pulsador de la cisterna despegado y cayéndose de la pared, la puerta del baño chirriando cuando abrías o cerrabas y algunos desconchones en la pared. El desayuno bastante completo. El personal del comedor es amable y en especial Seda que siempre estaba atenta y es muy simpática y cercana. La situación del hotel es inmejorable, está a unos minutos de la Mezquita Azul y Santa Sofía, es un barrio muy animado y agradable, lleno de restaurantes.

Es un hotel bien ubicado, limpio y funcional. Está en la zona de Sultanahmet, y se puede caminar fácilmente a la Mezquita Azul, Hagia Sofía, el Palacio Topkapi, la Cisterna Basílica y varios lugares más. Todo el personal es muy amable y te ayudan con cualquier tema (taxi, tours e información en general). La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda y todo funciona bien. El desayuno es magnífico; un Buffet muy variado y el servicio es muy amable y profesional. En el restaurante siempre hay personal supervisando que todo esté perfecto, entre ellos Erhan.
