The hotel is medium in size. My room was really small, but well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. However, I find that charging for bottles of natural water is neither normal nor correct. Breakfast was really basic. it's nothing special. Note the sympathy of the person who was in charge of the preparation (Aicha) and the person who was in charge of the service.

Very central location, very close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. Very kind and helpful staff. When we arrived in our room the radiator broke and they changed our room to a more expensive one with a sea view at no extra charge. Although we didn't use it, the hotel also has a SPA.

Lovely staff and good location.
Very clean room and comfortable bed.
Highly recommend to try the Turkish bath( free) and add a massage ( fee apply) so relax !
