Grand Ambiance Hotel

I don't like putting bad reviews, in fact sometimes I avoid writing when things aren't going well to avoid problems for those who carry out this job professionally but you can't satisfy everyone, but as far as this hotel is concerned I hope my review is a warning for everyone. Truly unspeakable staff do not respond to emails or telephones before booking, then I understood why the reception is almost always empty. We made a reservation in March/April on a site where we could book leaving the credit card as a guarantee, close to our arrival they canceled 4 credit cards declaring them unsuitable for payment but the transactions never reached our current account . Moral of the story we realized that they gave the rooms on other sites at tripled prices so our reservation was no longer useful to them and 12 hours after our departure they canceled our reservation thus forcing us to spend a fortune in another hotel . The trip did not start well, once we arrived at the hotel we had reserved, the receptionist told us that our reservation was not included, the situation was tremendous, without a room for 6 people in the center at 3 p.m., we contacted several hotels of the area and in all the same answer, "full", and when we thought that we would have to look outside the center, in this hotel they tell us that if they have 3 double rooms, we couldn't believe it. The Hotel is perfect, better than the one we thought we had reserved, clean, good mattresses, bottle of water and change of towels daily, amenities in the bathroom, full breakfast and dishes made by them daily, served on the terrace the 4th floor, open or closed depending on the season and with views of the Bosphorus. Lovely and helpful staff, a shame they don't speak any Spanish, but otherwise perfect.

Un petit hôtel à taille humaine proche des sites touristiques, dans une rue avec bars, restos, tout ce qu'il faut. L hôtel est propre, les chambres sont faites chaque jour. Changement des serviettes et mise en place de shampooing et gel douche. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse au 4eme étage, ouverte ou fermée selon saison. Avec vue sur le Bosphore. Rien à dire, juste à y revenir

Posizione ideale nella città antica per poter visitare in pochi minuti la Moschea Blu e Santa Sofia. A pochi passi da un piccolo Bazar di negozietti tipici e ubicata in una via poco trafficata e piena di market e ristoranti. L’hotel è gestito da personale accogliente e gentile. La struttura non è nuovissima ma dotata di ascensore e confort necessari.

Выбрали отель вслепую , не читая отзывы и все остальное Начну с плюсов : 1. Максимальная близость к достопримечательностям 2. Персонал достаточно доброжелательный Минусы 1. Вначале нас вдвоём заселили в супер крохотный номер , даже ходить было сложно , после того как попросили поменять ( поменяли без слов ) 2. Ужасный затхлый запах в номере всегда не знаю с чем это связано + аромат канализации, который никуда не уходит , отвратительно было возвращаться 3. Скудные завтраки от слова совсем ( есть практически нечего , разнообразия 0 ) 4. Ужасная терраса ( открытое солнце нет никакого навеса и совершенно негде кормить чаек , а это атмосфера Стамбула ) 5. Грязные шторы , грязные полотенца иногда попадаются 6. Уборка очень посредственная 7. В номере только 1 маленькая мусорка , очень не удобно ( мусор наполнятся быстро ) 8. Во время нашего прибывания , уборщица просто выкинула мою полную банку сыворотки для лица , которая стояла на столе , как это расценивать я не знаю ( но такой бред встречаю впервые ) 9. Кондиционер работает по настроению , мало плечиков в шкафу 10. Чтобы принять душ надо пропустить воду( минут 5 ) чтобы она согрелась 😅 11. Двери в туалет такие как будто их погрызла собака 😅 P.S. Видно, что на отеле экономят даже на завтраках для туриста Старый непонятый дизайн , порванные шторы и все остальное оставляем желать лучшего Очень уставший отель , который дышит на ладан Настоятельно не рекомендую, в Стамбуле за эту стоимость можно найти гораздо лучше отель во всех направлениях .
