It was the best experience as service, people care and sharing valuable information! Great location- 2 minutes walking distance from Hagia Sophia, and Blue Mosque, 5 minutes from TopKapi Palace. Very good transport service from and to airport! I recommend it!!!

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Personnel aux petits soins, l'hôtel est idéalement situé à 5 min de tout, on se sent chez soi. Merci au personnel de l'hôtel pour ce magnifique séjour. Je reviendrais au World Heritage à chaque fois que je serais sur Istanbul.

Очень понравился отель, тихое место, недалеко от трамвайной остановки Султанахмет. Много достопримечательностей в пешей доступности. Недалеко есть магазины продуктов и кафе/рестораны. Вкусные разнообразные завтраки, за 8 дней не надоели), отдельно хочется поблагодарить поваров, которые готовили ребёнку панкейки! Номера достаточно просторные, предоставили ребёнку доп кровать по нашей просьбе, бесплатно и в кратчайшие сроки. Понравился персонал, отзывчивые ребята, всегда помогут и подскажут, не выпрашивают оценки (в отличии от других отелей, где всегда хвалебные отзывы о персонале). На ресепшене чай/кофе круглосуточно и выпечка после обеда. Были в конце апреля-начале мая (8 ночей). По возможности вернёмся ещё! Советуем!

La posizione è strategica, in pieno centro con davanti fermata tranvia Personale cortese e disponibile Ottimo servizio Stanze minimal e pulite forse un po’ piccole Abbiamo alloggiato in una tripla Unico problema un giorno senza acqua in hotel quindi non possibilità di lavarsi

We loved this boutique hotel! Clean, fresh and wonderful service. The location was outstanding. Right across from the Blue Mosque and walkable to everything in old town. We loved everything about this hotel!

The big draw of this hotel is its location. It’s right in the middle of Sultanahmet, close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar and literally 15 meters from the tram stop that connects you to other parts of Istanbul. In term of the rooms, they’re fairly basic. Simple, clean beds and bedding, a good shower and toilet, and decent Wi-Fi. However the primary reason for my 5 stars is the exemplary level of service I received from Musa and his staff. I’m fortunate to have traveled widely and Musa’s service was some of the best I have received anywhere in the world. From cold water to hot drinks, a more spacious room, to local knowledge and tips, Musa went above and beyond in his excellent level of service. Even after I had left the hotel, he sent someone with me to help procure a tram ticket and then made sure that the hotel contacted me when I left an item behind in my room. A truly exceptional customer experience!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet, the historical district of Istanbul. Very friendly staff, clean and pleasant. The hotel itself is a beautiful Ottoman era building. Easy walking distance to the Aya Sophia, Topkapi Museum, historical hammams (bath houses), Grand Bazaar, multiple other important historical sites, restaurant district. etc. The staff are very helpful. I travel to Istanbul frequently for business and stay here because I love the location, but this is a good hotel if you are coming for the first time because you can base here at the hotel and not worry about anything - just walk out the front door and explore Istanbul.

Eine Kollegin und ich buchten über *********** im Hotel World Heritage Hotel eine Woche Ferien in Istanbul. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Wir konnten praktisch die Tür gar nicht richtig öffnen und mussten uns seitlich ins Zimmer schleichen. Die Koffer hatten wir hinter die Tür übereinander gestapelt und somit uns selber den Fluchtweg im Notfall versperrt. Anders ging es nicht. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich für eine Person konzipiert. Sie geben es für zwei Personen. An der Rezeption wurde uns vorgeschlagen, dass sie die bereits bezahlte Buchung löschen würden und uns in der Folge eine Preisreduktion von EUR 50.-- gewähren würden. Beim Auschecken mussten wir dann jedoch mehr bezahlen. Der Mann, welcher uns die Reduktion versprochen hatte, war nicht mehr da und die anderen Angestellten wussten nichts davon. Mehrere E-Mails nach der Heimkehr brachte nichts. In der Folge ignorierten sie gänzlich unsere Beschwerden. Das Morgenessen ist wie ein Mittagsmenü. Der Raum zum Essen zu klein. Viele Araber mit lauten Handys im Essraum.
