Мы были в отеле семьей- приехали познакомиться с великим городом- знакомство удалось , в том числе благодаря персоналу отеля- они очень доброжелательные люди и большие патриоты своего города вообще и отеля в частности, а это решает все -чистота , очень вкусные завтраки, прекрасная баня и толковые советы Спасибо большое всем работникам отеля, жаль только, что времени было мало и не ко всем советам мы прислушались, если поедем в Стамбул снова - другого отеля искать не будем- это уже как к родственникам поехать

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cet hôtel très propre, le personnel sympathique. Le hammam est fonctionnel quel plaisir. Le buffet du petit déjeuner rien à dire. L'hôtel est tout près de la mosquée bleu dans un quartier très calme.

Estupendo hotel cerca de las mezquitas y la zona más turística de Estambul. Además tiene próxima la parada del tranvia que te comunica con las diferentes zonas turísticas. La habitación es cómoda y moderna con TV plana integrada en el espejo. El personal es amable aunque no hablan español. El desayuno no está mal pero es escaso en productos occidentales.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в Стамбуле в августе 2022 . Отель очень понравился, удобно расположен, в шаговой доступности от Султан-Ахмет. Очень внимательный персонал, особенно ресепшн. Все наши просьбы и вопросы были выслушаны внимательно и выполнены. Отель оформлен в восточном стиле, красно-золотая гамма; чисто, уютно, хорошие завтраки в стиле шведский стол.. В номере есть все необходимое, утюг нам принесли. Вода меняется каждый день. Несколько хороших ресторанов и кафе недалеко от отеля для ужина. Рядом с отелем небольшой парк. Рекомендуем этот отель для краткосрочного пребывания в Стамбуле. Благодарим Толга и Фуркана за помощь и советы!

Excellent service, though rooms are small but they are cozy. Cooling can be better. Overall a great experience with friendly staff and hospitality at its best. Would recommend to visitors coz centrally located.

Overall a really nice hotel and very helpful and friendly staff especially Mohammed Ali & Sehmuz.They also arranged a taxi for us on the way home to the airport for us today and overall a great experience.From Farine & Hamida bail room 1401🙏🏼

I wouldn’t book this place smells like a sewage rooms very old needs updating, also ******* are useless no help when you want to change as I wasn’t happy with the hotel so raised it due to my wife being pregnant but ******* said here we will help but did not do anything and hotel stuff didn’t really care. Being a frequent flyer this was the first time I booked with them and will be last time and hands on heart worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Magnifique hôtel mais ne réserver pas avec Last MINUTE. Fuyer completemnt Last minute. Ils vous font payer une prestations et au final de gere rien du tous si vous avez un problème que ce soit avec l hôtel le vol ou le transfert. Il vous demanderont de gérer seul avec ces prestataires. L hôtel est très bien situé. Ils est propre. En cas de problème il mette tous à dispositions pour régler ce problème.
