This hotel was okayish but needs to improve their customer service and breakfast quality. You could only find boiled eggs with fries for breaky. The restaurant staff need to pay more attention to their service.

We were a group of friends that stayed at this hotel and the rooms were not clean at all, the sheets were stained and one of us got skin rashes from bed bugs. The cleanliness conditions were very bad!

We go for relaxi ng and buying cloths but in last year I couldn't reserve the city hotel I hope this year I cat to reserve the city because I like this hotel very much. Please help me to get that for this year Thank you so much
