It's a terrible hotel. The rooms smelled musty and damp. Things were not clean.

Был забронирован отель с условиями оплаты на месте и вероятностью списания средств с карты накануне заселения. Так же была заказана услуга трансфера по которой в течение недели никто из отеля не ответил.Поэтому оплатили трансфер у сторонней компании. По итогу за сутки до вьезда отель отменил бронирование из-за попытки списания средств которых не было на карте.Потому что была уверенность что расплатимся при заселении или отменим оплату в случае отмены рейса. Отель не написал перед отменой ничего,ведь в таком случае карта была бы пополнена на нужную сумму. Когда я зашла на сайт чтобы оплатить отель на те же даты то увидела что вместо ранней стоимость в 37 тысяч уже была стоимость в 112 тысяч. Выглядит так будто другие гости были готовы оплатить бронь на месте раньше нас либо это очень странная политика отеля.Но история очень неприятная. Так что при бронировании данного отеля лучше либо оплачивайте сразу либо будьте готовы что в заселении без оплаты вам откажут.
