I do not recommend it, located in a chaotic and noisy area.
The hotel is run down, old and very dirty, the staff is not very attentive and helpful.
Regular breakfast.
I would never stay there again.

Very terrible experience I never see hotel like this one before Breakfast is very poor you don’t have lot of choices when ask for baking eggs for kids they ask extra charge !! Room service very bad Reception not good My first time to ask me when i ask for extra blanket about the reason for !!! Why they ask me this , don’t know I am married with 2 children They give me room with 3 separate beds hhhhh Room very small Closet is small Number of electrical outlets less that one hand fingers No tooth brush no toothpaste!!! I think this is not 4 stars hotel Not recommend for family stay The problem that i pay for stay with company and can’t cancel the reservation any more The place is nice in old city near lot of food restaurant and shops

Overpriced for the conditions.
Outdated and run-down. Bathrooms were updated but poor craf**anship.
Plaster and paint peeling from the walls.
Had to request a different room after waking up with horrible back pain due to mattress caving in the center. The bed in our second room was better, though.
Breakfast was disappointing.
We won't be returning to this hotel.

Without a doubt one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. It doesn't have 4 stars, I wouldn't give it even two. Everything is very old and broken. The bathroom smelled bad and the water came out, because they had done a poorly done renovation. The doors are broken. It was also unsanitary, we only realized the reason for the smells on the last day, a huge stain of mold between the curtain and the window that was beginning to spread along the inside of the window...(room 513). Breakfast is a buffet, but we didn't see a toaster (inconceivable for a 4* in such a big tourist city), nor did anyone to help you. The reception was arrogant, it gave the impression that we were bothering them. To make matters worse, check-in is only at two o'clock... Discard this hotel and come on flights with stopovers and arrive early in the city wanting to be accommodated... I would not return to this hotel. Next time I will ask the agency to secure another establishment for me
