Reception staff was great and helpful. Good English and very polite.
702 room was fantastic view and have a nice table for meals out on the balcony.
Will recommend friends to stay.

Nice, clean hotel. The plumbing is in excellent condition. The bed linen is snow-white. For those who love a soft mattress, this is definitely the place for you, the mattress is like a cloud. Breakfast is Turkish standard. Very close to Taksim. The staff is friendly. Cleaning every day.

At the down town so close to isteklal street and its also so close the metro i liked the morning reception guy he is so helpful and has a lovely welcoming smile also the hotel owner and his wife they are so humble i enjoyed

A highly recommended hotel! The rooms are clean, the receptionists are kind, polite and give recommendations for tours around the city. The hotel offers transfer services from the airport to those who need it. The location of the hotel is excellent, central to the Taksim. I will definitely be staying there again in the future!

We stayed 4 nights 5 days the staff was v friendly and helpfull and talks many languages so easy communication especially Mr. Mehmat and Mr. Wedat The room is comfortable and nice enough for istanbul small vacation The breakfast was not rich but sufficient and delicious also good enough Cleaning services should be enhanced a little bit in the kitchenet only other wise the room is soo clean and tidy The electricity and wifi works good So i guess it will be 8.5/10 I will be back soon to the same place
