The hotel was generally good, the shower cabin door was broken and I wish they would pay attention to this, apart from that, the harsh attitude of the boss or the authorized people towards the employees caught my attention. There was a problem with the reservation, but the lady at the reception remained indifferent and did nothing, let alone helping us. It was not the first time we experienced this situation, but while all the hotels were immediately trying to find a solution by asking us what we could do, the lady said nothing other than saying "I guess she has insufficient knowledge about the business because I did not receive an e-mail." I think there is discrimination between customers. If I were Arab, the lady's attitude would be different.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Convenience of Transport, Nearby Activities, Safety, Toiletries, Nearby Restaurants, Soundproofing; I booked this hotel after seeing that it offered airport pick-up. Then the hotel did something amazing. They called the front desk in advance to inform me of the flight, but the front desk insisted that I contact the driver. Well, I saved the driver's phone number and sent a WhatsApp to inform him of the flight. After landing, I called the driver, but he could understand me even though he didn't speak English. I asked the ground staff to call the driver, but the driver said he was picking someone up and asked us to wait for an hour. It was already early in the morning, and we had informed them of the flight one day in advance. This clearly showed that they didn't want airport pick-up. If you're looking for airport pick-up service, don't consider this rubbish hotel.
