I would definitely coming back to this hotel whenever I'm coming to Istanbul.. very strategically located. Near to Sultanahmet Tramvay Station.. the hotels room are quite comfortable compared to other hotels nearby.. the plus point is your the breathtaking view from the hotel terrace restaurant.. i couldn't get enough of it.. we stayed for 4 nights (2 room) and we are really enjoy our stay here..

Hotel is in nice location but we specifically requested a twin room, when we arrived we were allocated a double. Then when we asked the reception they moved us to a twin room but the room smelt very strongly of sulphur so we requested for the beds to be split in the first room. The receptionist said he couldn’t do anything and we would have to wait till the next day. We ended up splitting the beds ourselves and making the bed ourselves.

The hotel’s location is super cool. All places of sightseeing are close, you can reach any of it by foot. Breakfast is tasty. The only wish for the future is to add pancakes 😄 The room is clean, and very quiet. At the reception there are free drinks and fruits. So highly recommend.

Good location, good price, nice spa and service. Only problem we had it was with the window, is very noisy when it’s raining and the flush from the toilet doesn’t work very good. The rest all good.

Their Spa is amazing! The Hamam is better to take with scub coffee . Only!!! It can happen everywhere in Istanbul but it happened near this hotel Taxi on a side can be scammers , they say they have fixed price with hotel ( for the airport! ) Careful When you go to the airport, check of they put on Meter or not. Otherwise problem can appear in the middle of highway. The atmosphere in the hotel is very charming and comfortable, very close to sightseeing places ! Like “cisternas”

The location is central and convenient. There was a cat house at the entrance of the hotel. There were also free drinks in the lobby. The view of Hagia Sophia from the breakfast area was amazing.

The restaurant on the rooftop has a great view, you can directly see the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The hotel room is not big, and the style is more modern, which is quite good.

We were generally very satisfied. Location is great (very central), super friendly and committed staff, hotel room was more than sufficient for a short city trip. The only problem was the toilet. When we arrived everything was normal, but during the day the toilet started to smell like a drain, which was quite unpleasant. But because the staff is so accommodating, they tried to resolve the issue immediately after I raised it. Unfortunately, the smell kept coming back, which didn't solve the problem... For anyone who needs a peaceful sleep, this information may be helpful: every morning around 5 a.m., you can hear the prayer throughout Istanbul for a certain amount of time. We could hear it in our room every morning due to the thin walls, but we quickly got used to it.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to. I have stayed there 3 times already. In terms of location and review, it is the most successful and best. And I have been to many hotels. So I recommend you will not regret it.

Driving in Istanbul is not easy, but it is located in a rather complicated place for a first visit by car. However, the hotel's facilities and quality, and the location within walking distance are very good.

The room is small but close to the tourist destination to be addressed, clean too, good for tourism

NORMAL HOTEL

Warning: It is NOT a 4 stars hotel. The pictures are from time of their last renovations. I stay at this hotel with my wife for a two weeks vacation. It was not a good experience at all. I will never go back. The manager or owner (The tall guy at the lobby) charged me TEN DOLLARS ($10) for a hand towel upon my check out. He personally walk to my taxi and stop the taxi driver. How rude? and really a small hand towel cost $10 in Istanbul. He just want get extra money from a customer whom stay for three weeks. I pay $10 tips for one time meal. I made a big mistake to book this hotel through third-party website and I was not able to get refund. Pro: Walking distance to Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Free breakfast buffet if stay for few days, but after three day it gets boring. Staff at the breakfast buffet were nice and helpful Cons: Rooms and bathrooms are tiny. Rooms have no view. At day time going by taxi is almost impossible. I promised queen bed and we got two single beds. House keeping service awful. If you stay, make sure to check bed sheets and pillow covers. Noisy street below the hotel. Lobby's furniture are beat up, dirty and old. Beds are uncomfortable and sheets are old. This is my recommendation for future guests. Stay away from this hotel, and find a nice hotel and make sure you can cancel your booking if you are not happy. If you walking-in to other hotel in the same area, you will get much better deals and better hotels
