The location was so deep it was difficult to drag a suitcase by public transport. Also, the window on the first ba*****t floor was assigned to a small room, so the smell and air were difficult. There was no futon, so I asked the counter.
Breakfast was edible, but the view wasn't great.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to two big mosques. Although the hotel equipment is a bit outdated, the staff are still very friendly. The breakfast on the top floor is good and the view is very good!

Very well located city location, Utkan and the other staff were absolutely amazing, I left my phone in the taxi and they did their best and were able to locate it and on top of that they even went and retrieved it for me. They were knowledgeable about the location and places and things to do and very polite always

We have stayed here 3 times, but this time our experience was not as good, only because I booked a budget room and didn't realise we were road side and below the road, so the window could not be open, and no access to fresh air or the outside. Not their fault. We have no complaints about staff cleanliness and everything else you expect. Its a great place but dont go budget.

Posizione ottima, Staff gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile, ci hanno accolto benissimo ed offerto la loro assistenza per qualsiasi richiesta, La terrazza all ultimo piano è meravigliosa, offrono te' , bevande e biscotti se uno vuole fare una sosta nel pomeriggio La colazione la mattina viene servita in terrazza che è per metà coperta, offre ottima varietà di salati, yogurt con molta scelta di frutta secca e cereali, pane , marmellate, macchina per i vari tipi di caffè, cappuccino ecc. Il buffet è molto fornito, non ci sono i croissant ma la scelta non manca Il personale addetto alla colazione molto disponibile ed efficiente Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi, più in alto sotto la moschea anche un bazar Da consigliare sicuramente per un soggiorno in centro a Istanbul

Extremely happy with our stay at the Ferman Hotel in Istanbul. You cannot ask for a better location specifically if you have limited time. Close to all the historical sites. Above all the staff was super helpful. A shout out for Omer, very friendly and helpful gentleman. Our room got upgraded when we arrived at the hotel. I apologize that I don’t remember every one’s name but all staff at the reception and breakfast station was extremely polite, professional and friendly. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.
