The location is very good. You can walk to all the attractions in the old town. The hotel is similar to a B&B. It is not big. The environment is quite warm and it looks very clean. The boss is also very nice and he is very enthusiastic to help us carry our luggage. The breakfast is very rich and unique. But I feel the price is a little high, everything else is good.

Best boutique hotel to stay in around the Sultanahmet area. Rooms were very clean, the staff were excellent, and their service was superb. Enjoyed the breakfast as it was something different and nice compared to other hotels I have stayed in the past. From a scale of 1-10, I would rate them 20 as I would recommend everyone out there to stay here.

Hello! We stayed at this hotel in February 2022. The hotel is awesome! Located under the walls of Hagia Sophia, all the main attractions are within walking distance, as is the promenade. The cleanliness of the hotel, service, very friendly staff - everything is on top! And breakfast is a separate art form. The hotel is small - only 9 rooms. The room has slippers, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a refrigerator and a disposable shower kit. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. We will be back.

Fabulous and friendly - we had a great time. The breakfast was delicious and plenty and the room was comfy and clean. It's in a great location as well - close to the main sights, and plenty of restaurants, while being quite quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend.

This is absolute gem of a hotel. It is within few min of walk to blue mosque and Ayasofia. The rooms are renovated, super quiet and clean, come with mini fridge and coffee / tea maker. Beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is simply out of the world. The staff was super helpful. We got 2 rooms for a family of 5. Highly recommended and will come back again.

Royan Suites is in a great location in Sultanahmet. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a few minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and served welcome coffee on arrival. Also, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Would definitely stay here again if back in Istanbul.

Wonderful boutique hotel and made my 3-day stay in Istanbul feels like home. Staffs are super friendly, room is spacious, bed is comfy, bathroom is clean, internet is reliable and the room I stayed in was really quiet. The pictures online are pretty accurate.
The hotel has no elevator, but staffs helped with my luggage. Breakfast is really good, but I kind of wished there are more diversities in fruits and veggies day to day.
Restaurants nearby are expensive since this is an area only tourists stay, but I feel safe walking around at night. It takes less than 10 minutes walking to main attractions nearby. If you only stay for a few days to visit, and wants to avoid other people at the nearby tourist attractions and get a head start of the day, this would be an ideal stay.
