Poor management. Missed room service a few times during our 1 week stay. Moved us by force from a room to another saying that the first room was reserved for someone else?!?! Will never go back to Sultanahmet Suites. There are better options in the same area.

There is everything you need to be comfortable, the accommodation is clean, functional, when there is a problem where something is missing, the owner is attentive and available, there is a small park behind for the children and beautiful mosques 5 minutes walk… very good location. I recommend.

I booked and paid for a queen-size room with a balcony and sea view. The owner insisted that I had booked a standard room. I did get a balcony, which he considered to be particularly generous on his part. I was accommodated in an external building, with no elevator and no sea view. There was also no breakfast, as originally stated. The area of the building was run down. The room itself was clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, the dishes were not. The pictures on the website are obviously wrong and do not match reality at all

the only thing we didn't like, is the fact that we were taken to another bedroom the first night., not what we paid for..the next day we were taken to the room we booked..it was clean and tidy close to everything we wanted to visit
