We spent 5 nights in this hotel's top floor room. The room is in desperate need of some repairs and manintenance, bathroom is especially bad. I will not write about everything that is wrong with this hotel, it would take me to much time. The only good thing is a young manager who is the only person in hotel who can speak English and he is sincerely trying to help. Stay away from this place and not trust the photos.

Ok for 2 nights, not more. Small room and not the cleanest i've ever seen. The plus is without any doubts the position, very close to Sultanhamet and Topkapi palace (about 10 min walking to Grand Bazaar).

The hotel is small but it is in an unbeatable area, 4 minutes walk from Santa Sofía and 5 minutes walk from the Marmaray station. Lovely reception staff. Very well connected with transport

Don't understand why people give this hotel 4-5 stars. Rooms are very very small. Toilet is so small you can't even turn around. Beds are very small so your feet stay out. WiFi very weak. Very loud that you can't sleep. And breakfast bad. My worst hotel so far

I arrived at the hotel before check-in time. The staff who greeted me offered breakfast and then said that i could have free early check-in to the room. That was very good.
There is also a cheaper taxi service from outside at the reception. I booked taxi from the hotel and paid less than we paid on the way from the airport to the hotel. Thank you for your services.

The location is the only good part . So close to the Blue Mosque , Grand Bazaar, Topkapı Palace and Hagia Sophia. But hotel… Hairs on bedsheets and toilet paper… When we asked cleaning for bathroom , she used , our used towels for cleaning … While breakfast , she collected all the garbages without gloves , and after that touched to the plates… The room was so tight , electricity cable was out from the light and left like this . Broken wall… The room was for 3 person with a double bed and single bed (which was not a bed). Double bed was bending when you laid on it . Even you can fall down . Single bed was like a seat just. If you sit on the corner , it is falling down . Just stay away from that hotel … NOT RECOMMENDED.
