Nice hotel, perfect service, good food that changes every day. Only the noisy streets and the thin walls are a small disadvantage. The noisy streets on the other hand also mean that a lot of bus lines are reachable within minutes.
I will stay there again.

The hotel is in a very good location close to Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridge. If you have business especially on both European side and Anatolian side, this would be ideal. Since it is at a crossroad, some traffic noise is unavoidable. The staff is excellent. They assist perfectly and sort out any issues you may have immediately. I had relatively minor issues at my arrival midnight and the reception was giving me information in the morning that they will all be sorted (and they were when I came back to the room). I appreciate the help of Dogukan Bey and Ugur Bey in these matters. They were really attentive, friendly and cooperative.

This place is a dump. Inadequate staff quality or training. I've come a long way. I thought of it as an intermediate stop. They said the kitchen closed for dinner at 20:45. When it was a little harsh, they took an order. They served an extremely bad meal. You know, if I wasn't so hungry I couldn't eat it. Even funnier, they served me raki in a whiskey glass for the first time in my life. Turns out there were no raki glasses. There was no sign of cleanliness in the rooms. As I said, it's just Radisson in name, but it's a dump. I can only write one good thing, the breakfast is above average.
