Our favorite hotel in Turkey. Very accommodating staff, clean and friendly. George at the front desk, Karem in the restaurant and Mustafa in hotel services all were great. I left my iPad in the hotel after check out and the staff communicated well during this mishap on my part and delivered the iPad to the Istanbul airport where I would be a week later. That's great service. Will stay there every future visit to Istanbul.

We stayed here for three nights and had a good experience. Our room was a bit too small and I didn’t like the shower, but it was clean and comfortable. On the first night, the AC was making a high-pitched noise that made it difficult to sleep, but the hotel staff were quick to sort out the problem. The hotel’s location is superb. It’s just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops and attractions, and we had no problems getting around. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Their recommendations of where to eat and how to get a taxi were great! I would highly recommend staying here if you want an excellently located hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

Les chambres etaient agreables mais certaines sont mal aménagées, les toilettes et la douche ne sont pas séparées par quelconque cloison, ce qui laisse peu de place à l'intimité.
Le personnel de l'hôtel a été aux petits soins pour solutionner ce détail et merci à Ahmet pour son aide et accueil.

The location is great for shopping. The bathroom has a bad smell like a sewage. No a/c because is winter and opening the windows you feel the cigarettes from people smocking behind the building or the noise of cats, etc. the brekfast was minimun and the service was not attentive.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in -Small, chic and fantastically positioned. We stayed for two night's, in a glorious room (the bed was huge) and it had all the facilities I would expect. The breakfast was nice with ample choice - great eggs!. We frequented the hotel bar a number of times. The service was fantastic and it’s a great spot to sit outside and watch the world go by. I would highly recommend this hotel, smack bang in the center of many landmarks for sightseeing. That’s if you manage to peel yourself out of the gigantic bed. Thanks to everyone at regie ottoman hotel for your kind hospitality x

This small hotel is a joy: beautifully kept with comfy beds and friendly, helpful staff, it is perfectly situated in an old quarter of Istanbul, close to the best street of cheap eats and the Spice market. We spent five nights there, in one of the smaller rooms but it was lovely, with arched windows that you could open and beautiful brickwork celings - the building was once an old tobacco factory.

hôtel d’architecture ancienne avec beaucoup de voutes en briques chambres assez grande demander la chambre 205 avec jolie vue sur Istanbul et au calme 204 chambre correcte mais vue sur un mur 208 trop près de l’ascenseur nous avions réservé 3 chambres personnel très accueillant petit déjeuner très complet beaucoup de choix un choix plutôt judicieux
