Economy room, very small and cramped. There was a kettle, but no glasses. There was hot water, the bed was clean, the towel was ok. On the ground floor, semi-ba*****t. At the same time, it was quiet there, there was no noise from the street, I slept well. He'll do it for his own money.

Everything in the bathroom was rusty, moldy and dirty. The toilet brush full of feces. The shower door leaked and ended up flooding everything.
The room was in the ba*****t, everyone could see into our room from outside through the window. On request we received a new curtain which was reasonably opaque.
we stayed 4 nights and not once was the room cleaned, bed made, towels changed or bins emptied.

We arrived at the hotel and was given a room that looked like it was in the basement- very smelly and humid. Horrible. asked if they have another room available and was asked for extra 780 TL . happy to pay so i could get out of that hell. wanted to pay by card but he requested cash... did not get receipt. i presume this is a strategy with the horrible room so the receptionist can get extra straight in his pocket. i will NEVER come back or recommend. the hotel is extremely run down and staff not helpful at all.

Particularly Mr. Doaly he is professional, approachable and eager to assist with any inquiries or requests during our stay. Mr. Doaly customer service is highly commendable. Overall Experience: In summary, if your top priority is a prime location at practical cost and you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city, this hotel's central position might be worth considering. However, if you seek a more comfortable and upscale accommodation experience, you might want to explore other options in the vicinity. Suited for travelers who value location above all else.

Check in was very poor. I spent 30 mins outside as there was nobody to check me in. When the check in person finally showed up, they said they had " gone for a walk"
Wifi didn't work at all and communicating with the staff was difficult as they couldn't understand English

J'ai resté une semaine dans cet hôtel. Je suis ravi. Même si la chambre est petite c'est très propre. En plus le prix n'est pas cher. La réception est très sympa. Bien situé. Pas loin du tram T1. Je recommande vivement

Problems at check in. Two out of five rooms were not booked, also telling us that everything was full. When we said we would pay, strangely, the rooms were available. So I paid a new one and two supplements to have rooms with a window when the lack of a window was not indicated in the reservation. When I calmly rechecked the documents that, fortunately, I had printed, everything popped up. They didn't want to give us the money. I said I would call the police. Anyway in the end we got our money back. Very unpleasant employee. To be avoided.
