This hotel is in a great location. It is clean, the rooms are NOT cramped. Staff are friendly, the breakfast is great.
However, I visited during a remodel. Getting in/out of this hotel you have to go up/down several sets of stairs--not good for people with mobility issues.

Nice location the place is under renovation , the staff were very sweet polite and helpful. The guy at the buffet was very professional.. they guys at the front desk as well they helped me a lot to solve my problems. The location is walking distance from the blue mosque and Sophia Mosque, palace the Black Sea , restaurants, bazar, shops, pharmacy and etc. the vies to the blue mosque from the rooftop are amazing unfortunately most of the rooms are broken, the main entrance is just ruin. I believe they don’t have parking. The hairdryer does not work well, the wifi was not great central heating was not working. . Most of the staff doesn’t speak English but they were very nice and sweet with me using google translator .

The staff spoke good English and were very helpful when we needed help. Our room was nice and spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping our room full and tidy. My only negative comment (to which the hotel doesn’t have much control over) is the noise at night from cats fighting and making a ruckus. Overall, a nice hotel, with a decent daily breakfast with lots of Turkish choices. Located in a quiet area, but close enough to get to all the sites to explore. Tram station very close as well. I was traveling with two kids (age 8 & 11) and would definitely recommend.

We really liked this charming hotel with very pretty typically Ottoman decoration, very comfortable and clean room, very kind and attentive staff but at the same time very discreet, and just perfect location 👌 we were really touched when we arrived, tired very early in the morning on a night flight they offered us free breakfast while waiting for our room to be ready and speeded up the check in, one thing is certain we recommend this hotel without hesitation
