It's a very central hotel, the breakfast is very nice, they serve cream cheese and pastries, tea, it's a good price and performance place.

So to begin with, the hotel is nothing like the pictures it’s literally a tiny entrance with a tiny stairs, its smells rotten and it’s full of garbage everywhere the rooms are so outdated and everything is broke when I saw this k refused to check in the manager insulted me and kicked me out of the lobby and didn’t refund my money although I didn’t check in !! Attached are some of the disaster I saw

We entered by looking at the comments and hoping that it was a nice place, but problems started right at the entrance. The check-in process took about 15 minutes. Then we were given a piece of paper and the disappoin**ents started there. We chose it because breakfast was included, but we started laughing when we saw the breakfast content. The plain menu is: “bagel, pastry, cream cheese and tea”. They have a really rich breakfast concept. I wish they didn't say breakfast was included. Officially an act of deception. Then we went to the room and realized that they gave us the wrong room. When we told them, they said, "I'm sorry, but we cannot make any changes." They said they would give you a 15% discount on your next stay as compensation. At that moment, the person makes a compensation. We will choose it again anyway. It was literally said just for fun. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. 2 single beds joined together. The room is very small. The bathroom closes with a sliding door, but unfortunately the door does not close completely because it is too small. It was an absolutely disgraceful experience. Business managers are completely in the mindset that we will take care of our money and then we don't care. NEVER PREFER**N. There are better ones for these prices.
