The worst experience in the hotel.
The service was not friendly and helpful. First I did book the boat trip through the hotel and pay in dollars, they couldn’t give the change for 2 days, and on the last day the give me back “my 100 dollars” telling its fake. But I’m am definitely sure that was not my money, bec even 10 years old child can understand they are fake. So I lost 100$.
Second, on the last day we asked for two taxi to pick us up in the evening, the reception advise us to take their car for 900 lira, in the same time two taxis are just 300 lira, so we said thank you, but asked about just two taxi.
In the evening the reception told us, all taxis did go for another hotel, so if you decided yo take our car, you don’t get such problem. And told to us to go to the road to catch the taxi.
Nobody even help with luggage.
The view from the window in the corridor is beautiful, just can clearly see Sofia.
The breakfast is good.
The room is tiny, even for one person not comfortable.
The cleanliness in the room is poor.

Solo trip to Istanbul so location is everything and this hotel was in the perfect location for all the major sites, 5 mins to Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basicilla Cistern with hundreds of restaurants within a few minutes walk too The night I arrived I was put in a triple room as they said they were full but would move me in the morning, the room was 111 and was horrible. However the next day I was moved to 305 which was fine, small but for just me it was fine, hearing the call to prayer early in the morning was amazing Breakfast on the terrace was ok, lots of vegetables and no fresh orange juice! Staff were friendly, and would recommended booking the private transfer to/from the airport, well worth it, you would not want to negotiate public transport on arrival and the traffic congestion is horrendous Would I recommend, yes!

Hello, we were guests of your hotel and we felt really good. We were guided by the receptionist Ersin to various attractions that were worth it, he is an honest receptionist who loves his job. I have had a wonderful 9 day stay at this gem. Amazing location very close to Hagia Sophia. The room is clean and comfortable, shower is full on with plentiful hot water. Wifi very strong and reliable. Buffet, all you can eat breakfast, on the beautiful roof terrace was excellent. So many choices and all so fresh. The hotel team are outstanding : helpful, efficient and friendly. I'll be back!

Ce fut un séjour très agréale : très bon accueil, propreté, chambre au top avec des petits détails appréciés. Quant au déjeuner : c'est un repas. Très sensible au thé de 17h accompagné de petits gateaux, avant de repartir. Hotel très bien situé dans une petite rue calme. Petit déj. s'il est pris sur la terrasse est accompagné des goélands et de l'appel du muzin. Un dépaysement complet. Je recommande cet hotel, il n'y a rien à redire que des compliments. Merci encore.

Great location, few minutes walk to the Hagia Sophia, staff was really friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, meat products for breakfast were not the best but cheese was perfect, and we also liked honey in honeycomb. All in all it was worth it!

Loved the location of the hotel it is right within walking distance from all of the main attractions within minuets. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating booked a triple room however we found the rooms to be super tiny so I had to pay for an additional room but for the price and location I didnt mind.
