The staff were really nice and helpful. The room had a beautiful view over the river. The room was adequate though it was a little small but it was very clean. The breakfast was amazing. The location was amazing. I thought this was a great little hotel I would definitely go back.

The entire first floor was a demolition zone when I arrived: dust and pieces of dry wall all over the floor. Reception was temporarily on the second. My first room’s heat was broken. They were very nice about quickly moving me to another room. Unfortunately the whole place smelled strongly of overly perfumed cleaning supplies masking smoke.

Close to cruise ship terminal and shopping area such as grand bazaar. Metro is close by and convenient. Very clean rooms with good customer service. We enjoyed our stay

The service of all staff I encountered was personal, respectful and effective. Location is amazing. Just a few minutes from Taksim square, tucked away in a small and dead quiet cul-de-sac. Breakfast starts early -- 7 a.m. and is in the newly-refurbished 6th floor dining room with sweeping views of the Bosphorus.

L'emplacement est proche de taksim mais dans une rue plus au calme à 10 minutes à pied. L'accueil est simple mais le personnel serviable. La chambre est basique et propre. Le point fort pour notre chambre c'est la vue sur le Bosphore. Nous regrettons cependant le petit déjeuner, il y a beaucoup de choix mais ce n'était pas très bon. Le jus d'orange par exemple était vraiment de mauvaise qualité. Je pense que cela pourrait être amélioré. Pour les plus connectés, le wifi n'est pas très efficace.

zentral 500 m vom Taximplatz Die Zimmer Richtung Bosphorus bieten ein beeindruckendes Panorama Suiten sind sehr großzügig. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Lobby ist sehr dunkel gehalten, wirkt eher unfreundlich, dafür entschädigt aber das Zimmer. Frühstück ist mittelmäßiger Standard.
