Personel ve hizmet son derece güzeldi.
Tesis sıkıntıları vardı ve rezervasyon esnasında bildirilmedi. Biz gittiğimiz gün klimalar yıllık periyodik bakımda bilgisi aldık. Anlık arıza olsa sorun etmem ama periyodik bakımlar konusunda bilgi verilmeli. Ayrılacağımız gün devreye girdi sistemleri ama ilk gün piştik odada.
Tesis kaldığımız oda ve kat (3. kat) sigara kokusundan durulamayacak durumda idi. Uyarı üzerinde koku sıkıldı ama birileri pencere açıp odalarda içiyor. Sıkıntılı bir durum.
Restoran, çalışanlar on numara. Herkes güzel yüzlü ve hızlı. Çözüm odaklılar. Umarım sıkıntıları giderirler.
Lokasyon olarak mükemmel.

Really excellent spot with great staff and a lot of interesting things to see around you
I have to say that there was nothing wrong with the stay at all and that I would reccomend it to anyone
