The hotel is located near the metro and the market, with many restaurants and plenty of choices!
The room is clean, the big bed is small but the space is small, there is no bottled water supply, the front desk staff speaks good English and is polite.

Location and cleanliness are good. Of course the service is good too. The facilities are somewhat old. The gym only has a few exercise machines, and even those don't work. Breakfast is simple.

I was a bir shock about bed frame condition

We checked in late in the night. The staff was helpful. The room was very hot and there was no way the temperature could be adjusted. The linen had cigarette holes in them and furniture looked rusty and old. The surroundings was very noisy. Try to avoid if you can.
