1.) Minibar was empty although stated 2.) No balcony or terrace although stated in pictures 3.) No breakfast although I had booked the breakfast option and it was stated as an option. I would like to ask you to compensate me for all these inconveniences, especially the hotel had advertised the breakfast option and I had paid for it, when we found out after arriving at the hotel that there was no breakfast because the hotel has no kitchen, I incurred additional costs even though I had booked breakfast. SUPER HOTEL!!! there is no other way to say it! At first, according to reviews, we chose a hotel near Constantinople, but there was a problem with the reservation and they wanted to put us in a ba*****t without a window with wild humidity, since this wonderful hotel was 20 meters away! The first thing that bribed us was the Russian-speaking staff. And in general, the staff here probably plays the most important role - as they are surprisingly pleasant people, very responsive, responsible! This service deserves no less than 5 stars! They will help with everything, they will tell everything - they will show. I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart! The hotel is located in the center of all attractions, near a tram stop, excellent places where you can taste local cuisine and delicious delicious coffee is also brewed nearby! Delicious tea, coffee, water is always available in the hotel itself! Supermarkets and mini shops are also within walking distance. There is a wonderful laundress nearby, where they will quickly wash your clothes and iron them on request!) As you leave the hotel, you can see the sea, miracles - nothing else!) We went on my birthday and I was left with a very pleasant impression of the trip - where there are many played by the place where you live. Clean, comfortable, beautiful, homely. Daily cleaning cannot but rejoice!) I highly recommend everyone to consider this hotel for living. As they say, a needle in a haystack!
