When I saw all the bad reviews I was thinking twice to book this place however I remember 5 years ago when we visited Istanbul we visited the place with our family and it was great so took the chance.. the place was great still very close to all the attractions with breakfast served at room very clean and the receptionists very helpful and of course very good value for money. They are a little bit old fashioned with cards etc but honestly the owners are always very very helpful and great at suggesting places..

Horrible !! Prenez un autre hôtel. L'accueil.....horrible La chambre... horrible Électricité... dangereuse Le bruit des toilettes toute la nuit La télé grande comme une tablette. Il y a tellement d'autres hôtel Allez ailleurs

A éviter absolument, vieux hôtel qui pus l’humidité dès l’entrée, chambre petite pas bien chauffée et très mal isolée, salle de bain non utilisable, franchement je regrette beaucoup en plus pas moyen de changer de chambre alors l’hôtel était vide

I had a huge problem with this hotel.First they don t have web site and not even mail adress.That s the first sight that something is wrong.Well,I found that later traying to comunicate with the hotel.I made reservation via famous reservation sistem B... with free cancellation.After less than 1 day I cancell it.At this moment my money was only reserved at my card.After 2 days from cancellation hotel took my money from my card.I was shocked.I tried via messages to comunicate with hotel but they didn t answer any message.They even didn t want to give my money back,so B... gave me my money. I m so glad that I cancell this reservation,I can t imagine what could happen if I came to Istanbul and there are no room for me. So afoid this hotel it s a SCAM.
