NO RESERVAR bajo ningún concepto. Hace seis meses tenía reserva con el hotel. Una vez aterrice en estambul , deciden cancelarme la estancia. Sin avisar, sin contestar y sin darme ninguna solución. Por lo que si no quieres llegar y dormir en la calle.

С женой за два месяца зарезервировали данный отель через ее российский аккаунт, но с привязанными к нему моими израильскими картами и с условиями оплаты на месте.В день прилета за пару часов хозяин начинает нам писать что наша карта не проходит и он собирается отменить наше бронирование, мы подумав что может быть какая то проблема с этой картой попросили его не отменять и что мы сейчас поменяем на 100% карту. Мы меняем карту и он говорит что она тоже не проходит, хотя как я потом понял что он думая что аккаунт российский и карты не пройдут он даже не пррводил оплату, потому что при любой совершаемой операции мне приходят сообщения, даже если они не удачны. Мы так же проверили что наш номер на тот момент и на наши даты стоил в два раза дороже чем заказали мы и видимо появился клиент который хотел снять номер за эту сумму и хозяин даже не удосужился проводить оплату. Мы тут же ему позвонили и он продолжил нам говорить что карты не действительны, после того как мы ему сказали что карты израильские его ответ был что он тем более отменяет бронирование. Хотя мы тут же одной из карт оплатили в такси, а другой заплатили в другом отеле.

Хуже места для отеля и быть не может во всем Стамбуле. С 18 до 24 орут музыканты и не стихает барабан СОВСЕМ под окном КАЖДЫЙ вечер. А с 5 утра приезжает мусора и очень громко пищит. Если хотите спать хоть когда-то, то лучше выбрать любой другой отель. Из плюсов тут только чистота. Но и это нивелируется старостью отеля: выключатель буквально на скотче держится, душ течет и все покрывала, скамейки и занавески засаленные. ужасный отель. Если бы была возможность смеить , обязательно бы сделали это. В первый день хотели съехать, попросили вернуть деньги, нам отказали.... Реально впервые в жизни пишу негативный отзыв, но очень хочу предупредить других!!!!

First accomodation i’m rating one star. Our trea**ent changed after we handed over the full payment. Lack of professionalism by the manager and young boy (son’s owner apparently) who sits at the front desk with an ego and doesn’t acknowledge you again after you have paid. Upon check in they moved us to a completely different building due to “plumbing” issues, seems to be a bit of a recurring story based on the google reviews. Room also lacks basic amenities and is not a true reflection shown in photos! We ended up checking out earlier than planned to go to a better hotel and was not offered any form of refund or compensation.
