Me and my husband received a warm reception from the hotel staff and they attended to our needs efficiently. The room is okay since we got the back view but everything in the room works well. Overall a pretty cozy place for the two of us to stay in.

極力推薦Asur hotel…why?
1、景區位置好（5分鐘步行範圍內各大經典景點和交通）而又不吵雜
2、早餐豐富（全天候茶水咖啡免費續杯）適合國人口味（水果自由），性價比高（房費不貴）
3、服務熱心（有任何問題都可以盡力解決，大堂經理還知道我生日特別提起，當天我們夜歸就沒給我生日慶祝，後來閑聊時還是送上祝賀）我又再次被感動（年紀大了特容易被觸動）
4、heart to heart 的善意情懷帶給我們意想不到的感觸，入住不僅是硬件要求，軟件服務更讓人流連忘返！
酒店前台還可以代叫機場的士35歐元。非常方便！

位置極為便利，去附近熱門景點比如聖索菲亞大教堂、藍色清真寺、舊皇宮、地下水宮等都在步行範圍內。早餐種類豐富多樣且用餐環境乾淨優雅。最重要的是遇到的所有工作人員都熱心又友善，第一晚入住前台人員察覺到是我的生日主動送了水果盤，退房時因沒有買成功伊斯坦堡交通卡想要打車又怕被宰，前台另一位工作人員幫我查了我要去的地方的公共交通，發現衹需要坐一站地鐵，於是再三勸我不要打的，直接讓一個小哥哥幫我把行李提到附近地鐵站幫忙刷了卡坐地鐵。嘎嘎感動！

蜜月之旅選擇了這個酒店，因為從伊斯坦堡過來託運行李被航空公司遺落在出發機場，等待了兩天才被送到，期間酒店老闆幫忙聯繫航空公司和機場工作人員找行李，真的特別感謝🥹老闆人真的特別實誠，很幸運選擇了這個酒店，早餐也很滿意！難忘的一次旅行，下次如果還有機會去一定會選擇這個酒店，體驗感超好！！

Отель в самом центре района Султанахмет, но тишина ночью. Отдохнули отлично. До всех достопримечательностей 5-10 минут пешком! В номере чистота, комфорт. Никаких проблем не было. Персонал уважительный, расторопный. Завтрак вообще огонь! Все свежее и очень вкусное! Кофе лучший, есть с чем сравнить. Приедем однозначно ещё не раз. Спасибо команде отеля за гостеприимство!!! Отель рекомендуем без вопросов!
