The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room is furnished in a contemporary style. The double bed was a normal size instead of a king-size bed, even though we had booked a king-size bed. The two TVs could also have Netflix access.
The road from the center to the hotel is a little steep, but you quickly get used to it.
All in all, we were satisfied.

The location is great, the staff very friendly. The bed was a bit too soft for us and when we opened the window, we sometimes smelled cigarettes from outside. Of course, this is not the hotel staff's fault. It should also be clearer how many water bottles are free and when you start paying.

I liked the interior of the hotel, and the room was very comfortable.
I was very disappointed in the breakfast.
Maybe I was just hoping for more of a variety of food items.
It seemed a little sp**** to me.
The waiter asked me if I wanted juice. I said yes.
I asked for juice on both days and at check-out I was informed that there was a charge for this.
The 2nd day when I received my juice it was not even a full glass.
How disappointing!

The best hotel in Beşiktaş! The location is excellent, a young, cool district. There are lots of cafes and restaurants and shops down below. It is on a busy street, but you can't hear any of it from the rooms. You can't hear your neighbors or any other noise. The rooms are huge, equipped with a dressing room, a small kitchenette, a large bathroom and a large living/bedroom. The rooms are absolutely clean and are cleaned every day. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special requests are dealt with immediately. I am more than grateful to have found such great accommodation. Thank you very much for everything and see you next time!

Make sure you ask for a non-smoking room.

There was a lot of noise in front of the room door around 8 in the morning. I think the staff talked loudly all the time. It was very disturbing.
