I booked a room, but when I went to the hotel I was directed to the room on the ba*****t floor, they said the room was not the same as the room I booked, so I couldn't give it, because there was no room, so I only slept for one night, and the remaining two Got a refund late on Trip.com.

This was a last minute decision and I needed a stay, this is out of my home country and wasn't familiar with the area so decided to book here for one night before continuing my trip to another town...You get what you pay for, I guess so in that case, it was good, but the hotel overall was on the lower end of where anybody would want to stay, the staff was polite and helpful however.

I am truly baffled by the incorrect communication that occurs on a "serious" site like ******* that I frequented for years previously made about this hotel. First of all it is not in the center at all but 50 km from the city center of Istanbul, the hygienic conditions of the hotel are shocking, the state of the structure is dilapidated and the staff do not speak English but are absolutely not adequate. In 5 days my room was never cleaned, an incredible thing, I also have a complete photo book testifying to the tragic situation of the furniture and the ignominious hygiene of the bathroom that I can provide as evidence. I am really disconcerted by the lack of services of the hotel which is also very noisy and has part of the rooms in the basement. I think it is really important to remove the 3 stars he is credited with so that not even the last station pension in Italy is reduced like this. I would sincerely appreciate a discussion with some of you to expose the serious situation of the photos shown on your site and the reality that I photographed live.

You are met with horrible smell of cigarette once you open the door, had to open the windows which unfortunately gives so much noise from the cars on the main road.

Hello, I am so disappointed from this hotel. The hotel should not be even at your page. Once I reached the hotel we found cockroaches every where. Moreover, the AC isnt working and they programmed the Ac to switch off every 30 min. In addition no blankets and many other issues . I have pictures and videos as evidence. I am asking to get fully refund but they refused. In addition, it’s far away from main cities.
