We came as a family for the open buffet breakfast. My impressions of the breakfast were constantly renewed, new ones came as they were finished. The products are quality brands such as Sütaş and Seyitoğlu. The service manager here, Ms. Dilan, is very caring and polite. We were very pleased with their services. We will come again if possible.

If I could, I would give the hotel a -10! We got a room but had to be changed because the room was full of cockroaches!!! no matter if on the walls or in the bathroom! The cleanliness was 0! very very very dirty! It also said that you get city view. Complete nonsense, you couldn't see anything except moldy things! The beds were partly with yellow stains and most of the lights did not turn on at all! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Havva hanım la iletişime geçtim ailem için tuttum özellikle sigara kokusu olmasın dedim kasım ayında hava soğuk bodrum katta kokan bir oda yı size ayırdık diye aileme göstermişler tabiki kabul etmemiş yukarı çıkmışlar odada kalorifer yanmıyor üstüne birde ısıstıcı yakarız parasını alırız demişler. Bir gün önce gene ben aynı kişiden başka otelde yer ayırttım ayırttığım yere değil sıkışık gene içi sigara kokan bir yer gösterdiler dürüst değiller takdir sizin bir daha asla güvenmem

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel in the last two years. I can only describe my experience staying at the hotel with positive emotions. (And I have something to compare with). Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts on the outdoor terrace overlooking Marmaray. It is worth noting the cozy, renovated rooms where you feel at home, and, of course, the excellent location to historical attractions and life in Istanbul in general. Thank you to Selenay Hotel for a comfortable stay in Istanbul

The hotel is at walk distance from Tramway, Metro, & the bus, which is very convinient to get by. Grand bazaar is accessible by walk, many restaurants and grocery shops too. The BEST points are : The Amazing sea view from ghe breakfast roof, which gives you motivation to wake up every morning. And that same sea Marmara you can go to by walk. Which I highly recommend. So calm, beautiful and worth visiting. The very friendly Staff was a bonus! Everyone was so helpful and lovely. They make amazing Tea. ♥️ And they help you with whatever you want. And they are funny too♥️ Big thanks to : Halim, Hassan, Çetti, Asat and the helpful bell boys! The rooms need a lot of improvement. But hey, it's not a 4/5 star hotel! And Istanbul is too amazing for you to spend your day at the hotel. I recommend.
