The location of the hotel is very good, close to all tourist attractions, easy to reach, metro tram is right next to the hotel. The hotel was generally good, considering the price and performance, we stayed at an affordable price for this hotel. The room was clean. We were generally satisfied with our 8-day stay. From now on, it will be our only address in Istanbul on my next trip. I will choose again. I advise

A disgraceful hotel. Even though we received the answer that we clean it every day, there are hairs in the bed, orange stains that won't come off (it's pretty big and disgusting), and most importantly, the most disgusting one is the blood stain under the sheet, which is as big as my hand (I actually took a video and sent it to the hotel owner, but we can only add photos here). Despite my request to change the bed, the bed was not changed, I was told that it was "cleaned", but that blood stain was still there as "cleaned". I feel so sorry for the person who cleaned up this stain. Likewise, since the bed linens were constantly stained, they made our request to change them after we made a noise. We were faced with shouting at the customer and unacceptable trea**ent when they were not satisfied with the cleaning. We went with a group and we were not disappointed at all. Even though we were right, the hotel staff were literally warning us to cause difficulties. For example, I asked for coffee for breakfast, and I received the answer, "Our machine is not on, I cannot serve coffee." And it was 9 o'clock. Oh, and I asked for an extra duvet and got the answer "no". Just a no. The room was so cold it was impossible to sleep. And the water flowing from the bathroom flows cold and hot. The bristles and hair in the sink and the excellent cleanliness of the sink were like this when we arrived. And the most important issue is SECURITY: There was a constant fight in front of the hotel in the evenings. It's like a place for drunks. As girls, we were nervous when we sat with our friends in the lobby. On our last day, the officer on duty in the lobby had to intervene because they were going to tease one of the girls. There was a lot of dampness and mold in the rooms. The window of the room we stayed in was broken all the way through and it was adjacent to the bed, which was very dangerous. It looks like there is iron in the photo, but it is a decoration inside the glass. And water was leaking from the ceiling of the room we used as both the lobby and the dining hall, there was constantly water on the floor and there was no caution sign, we had the risk of slipping a few times. Since the hotel is narrow, the stairs are narrow. The same brother carried the suitcases again and they were 20 kilo suitcases. Job security is pretty bad. For the other rooms, I just want to mention their narrowness. We got this promise from our friends: One half of my body enters the bathroom stall and the other half goes outside. Think about the rest. + Be careful with the chairs, I came across a broken chair the last day. Its efficiency during my 1-week trip for training. It dropped to 30 percent because unfortunately my sleeping comfort was in these conditions. Plus, I still do not accept the verbal and emotional violence that the hotel owners inflicted on me and my teammates. Even if this hotel is in France, it will be closed immediately or fined for security and customer service. And I think this hotel should not be operating or they need to make some serious adjus**ents. And other positive comments have been purchased for your information :)

From the first day, the ceiling in the bathroom was full of water and dripped the whole time. The staff was nice and we swapped rooms but they were in the basement. There was no wardrobe or kettle. The room smelled terrible. I had to stay somewhere else. I slept in the room for 2 days out of 7. Nice staff, 4 stars, furnishings, no stars at all
