The rooms are correct, equipment in fair condition, the TV has no French-speaking channels apart from Fr24. Poor cleanliness, especially under the beds and my wife had an allergy. Well located and I noticed that cleaning depending on the occupants is not done in the same way.

Good points. Close to the metro. Tramway and shops. Friendly breakfast team. Receptionist attentive. Breakfast OK but could be improved because it lacks many things and is repetitive. Clean room. When o negative points of the hotel. Very small rooms. Lack of storage. Sheets not exchanged. Lack of bath mats. Cleaning done but not o top. You always have to ask for the bathroom. Also regarding the spa. The swimming pool is normally included in the price but we ask you to pay for the tiny swimming pool and the hamam. !!!!!! But hey, it’s still a decent hotel

Not four stars and not three stars, everything in this hôtel is or dirty or old. we stayed 7 nights and not once our sheets were replaced and our towels were replaced only after we complained, the buffet is very plain and never changed, there was some honey only the first day, very bad juice made from those powder packets, squeaky floor and very tight bathroom, toilet seat is 3 inches from the wall, not possible to sit on comfortably, and while in the bathroom you hear next door guest every move and whisper. and while you're at the sink, the ceiling also leaked on your head.
