Les chambres sont correctes équipements état passable, la télé aucune chaîne d'expression francophone à part Fr24. Propreté médiocre notamment sous les lits et ma femme a fait une allergie. Bien situé et j'ai remarqué que le nettoyage selon les occupants n'est pas fait de la même façon.

It was good stay but we had to keep asking for things like, towels, iron, kettle, even coffee sachets were not provided, we were asked to go buy it outside.

Points positifs. Proche du métro. Tramway et commerces. Équipe du petit dej sympathique. Réceptionniste à l ecoute . Petit déjeuner correcte mais peut être amélioré car il manque d bc d chose et il est répétitif. Chambre propre . Quand o points négatifs de l hôtel. Chambres très petite. Manque de rangement. Draps non échangé. Manque de tapis de bain . Ménage fait mais pas o top .il faut tjr réclame pour la salle d eau . Aussi concernant le spa . La piscine normalement est inclus o prix mais on t demande de paye pour piscine minuscule et le hamam k I est a 25 euro c hyper cher Les derniers point négatif c les agents qui font du favoritisme pour les gens k donnent des pourboirs . !!!!!! Mais bon sa reste un hôtel correcte

Not four stars and not three stars, everything in this hôtel is or dirty or old. we stayed 7 nights and not once our sheets were replaced and our towels were replaced only after we complained, the buffet is very plain and never changed, there was some honey only the first day, very bad juice made from those powder packets, squeaky floor and very tight bathroom, toilet seat is 3 inches from the wall, not possible to sit on comfortably, and while in the bathroom you hear next door guest every move and whisper. and while you're at the sink, the ceiling also leaked on your head. I will not take my family to this hotel again.

Я приехала первый раз,но отель очень грязный.В коридорах везде валяются мешки.В номере убирались раз за 4 дня.Санузлы плохие.Мы обратились к персоналу на ресепшн с просьбой помочь донести багаж,он сказал есть нет персонала Есть очень бескорыстный персонал

В номерах нет тапочек. Когда мы просим тапочки на стойке регистрации, говорят, что менеджер запретил это. В номерах нет кондиционера. Завтрак очень плохой. Я останавливался в этом отеле 4-5 раз 7 лет назад.Отель отстает от времени.Лобби очень грязное.Отель кажется застрявшим в 2015 году.
